2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, slight variations from the product images are not considered defects.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@kochacraft.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Include photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be granted based on the extent of the damage or missing components.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
